Last week, we welcomed some new members, saw a few new faces in the podcast studio, 
finalised some exciting plans for September, and teamed up with our friends at Purple Monster to record the second episode of Sally Bee's new show, Don't Go Faster Than Your Guardian Angel Can Fly. 
 
The end of the school holidays is in sight, most of our tans have faded, and we're ready to knuckle down in time for the new term.

Following exceptional feedback over the last 2 weeks, Sally Bee is back for the third episode of her live show, Don't Go Faster Than Your Guardian Angel Can Fly.

 

#Don'tGoFaster is a unique, weekly, 35-minute LIVE show featuring Sally Bee, Nicky Pattinson & a special guest, with a live studio audience to bring an extra energetic dimension.

 

Sally is well known for her health and well-being work at ITV Daytime, with TV strands breaking all records at ITV, gaining over 2.4 million downloads in the first 2 weeks. 

 
Sally with be returning to the Urban Garden this Thursday evening for episode 3 of her new show.

FREE CPR TRAINING HERE AT MILL STREET

WEDNESDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER FROM 4 PM

Unfortunately, m any of us will witness a cardiac arrest in our lifetime.
 
When unexpected things happen, it's vital you know what to do to give that person the best chance of survival.

A FREE CPR training workshop is taking place on Wednesday the 13th of September, here at Mill Street. The training includes how to deal with cardiac arrest in adults and children and all there is to know about defibrillators and choking.

SPEAKERS CLUB IS (ALMOST) BACK

TUESDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER 7 TILL 10 PM

Leamington Spa Speakers Club is set to return for the Autumn term here at Mill Street.

AMTICO FLOORING PROVIDES FREE FLOORING TO FOREST OF HEARTS

This week, Amtico Flooring laid the groundwork (quite literally) for local charity, Forest of Hearts, and the results sure swept us off our feet!

 

Through the pledge marketplace, Amtico offered FREE flooring to charities in need, and thanks to their generosity, the 'Picket Post' has a brand spanking new look. 

 

The Picket Post is an 'off-grid nature meeting space' and a model for sustainable building practices and materials. Situated in a 5-acre nature reserve, the Picket Post has no access to the grid, and is entirely powered by solar energy and wind turbines.

 

Pretty impressive, if you ask us!

 

We can't thank Amtico enough for their incredible efforts to help Forest of Hearts achieve their misson - to create a greener, healthier and more sustainable future.
