WHAT A LAUNCH PARTY!

This week, we celebrated the launch of Bia's Kitchen show, a new online TV show showcasing the UK's thriving food industry. As a local Leamington foodie, Bia's programme will highlight local independent restaurateurs, chefs and the latest trends in the field.

If you know any top-notch chefs, culinary wizards, or nutrition gurus with a rich story to tell, then Bia wants to feature you!

You can watch the highlights from the evening HERE.

BODY CALIBRE

WEDNESDAY 24TH JANUARY | 10 TIL 1

Regardless of age, gender, weight, or fitness level, body composition analysis can support anyone looking for an accurate and non-judgemental baseline for monitoring their health.

Just monitoring your weight is not an accurate way of tracking your progressive changes in your health and fitness. Standing on a set of scales does not correctly identify the effect of any exercise you may do and the good or bad food choices you make.

Body Calibre's body composition analysis will provide you with the data and tools you need to identify what you're made of. Secondly, through personal consultations, you'll receive information and impartial, friendly advice to stay motivated to successfully reach your health or fitness goals.

If you want to try the machine and chat with Ed and Steve, you can book your discounted spot HERE.

REGENCY 10K ARE IN NEED OF SOME DESIGN ASSETS

The Regency 10k is a charity run and this is their 20th year.

A small group of volunteers organises the Regency 10k with the goal of raising money for local charities here in Leamington and Warwick.

In an average year, we raise and give out around £20,000 within our community. We are currently in need of some help creating assets for use in online advertising, such as ad content creation.

If you can spare some time to help, get in touch with the Make Good Grow team.
