THIS WEEK, WE'RE CELEBRATING MILL STREET MEMBERS JAMES AND ROBIN ON THE LAUNCH OF HILO EV.

With safety at its core, Hilo One EV is the worlds safest and most intelligent e-scooter, developed by 2 Mill Street members, Robin Harris and James Browne.

In true Mill Street style, I took to quizzing James with some all important interview-style questions..

With a history that goes back to 2008, James and Robin first collaborated on a project involving submersible boats and were ALMOST featured in SPECTRE.. albeit only extras, James still uses this as his claim to fame.

Hilo's vision is to make safety an inherent quality in e-scooters, rather than an afterthought.

The Hilo One has been meticulously designed and engineered

to meet the highest safety standards, setting us apart from the competition and improving the industry as a whole.

LETS TALK TALENT - THE MILL STREET EXCHANGE

TUESDAY 5TH OCTOBER | 10 AM TILL 2 PM

This month's focus for the Mill Street Exchange is TALENT and who better to chat to than Warwickshire County Council's Skills Hub?

The Skills Hub offer support to business in the county to navigate filling the skills gaps in their businesses, reskilling staff, taking on apprentices, connecting business with local universities and colleges, and more. They also deliver programmes to encourage inclusive employment, such as connecting businesses with people with autism and learning disabilities.

The Mill Street Exchange team will be joined by Heather and Louise for this month's drop-in on the 5th of October.

If you're looking to talk to somebody about student placements, interns or graduates, Sim and the team are available to help!

No appointment is neccasary, simply pop by for a chat.

THE PASSION WAGON HAS BEEN ON THE ROAD AGAIN!

The Passion Wagon has been getting around again this week, this time as a support vehicle for the Burton Bash where cyclists rode from Warwick to Ludlow Castle and back, raising well over £5,000 in the process for The Brain Tumour Charity and Myton Hospices!
