Following a fantastic evening last week, Sally Bee is back for her 2nd episode of her live show, Don't Go Faster Than Your Guardian Angel Can Fly.

#Don'tGoFaster is a unique, weekly, 35-minute LIVE show featuring Sally Bee, Nicky Pattinson & guest psychologist Suzanne Brown, mixed in with a live studio audience to bring an extra energetic dimension.

Sally is well known for her health and well-being work at ITV Daytime, with TV strands breaking all records at ITV, gaining over 2.4 million downloads in the first 2 weeks.

Sally with be returning to the Urban Garden for Episode 2 of her new show on Thursday the 17th August.
