Enjoy a Pilates class in the beautiful outdoor space of Mill Gardens.

Amy Bell will guide you mindfully through movements, creating strength in the body whilst bringing awareness to the breath to calm your mind. This class is suitable for beginners.

Upon popular request, Serenity Barn's, Amy Bell has opened up a Sunday morning class alongside her regular Thursday lunch-time sessions.

This class is suitable for beginners and a towel or mat is needed.

Enjoy a professional headshot photoshoot with Regent Studios here at Mill Street, with all proceeds going to the Helping Hands Charity.
